Two spacious rooms for rent in a cozy 5-room apartment in the heart of Copenhagen. The rooms are connected with a french door, and have good views of the neighbourhood and plenty of sunlight.
The rooms are furnished with wardrobe, double bed, desk and a small sofa. The tenant has access to a small toilet right opposite the rooms, as well as a charming kitchen with dining area. They also have access to a bathroom with shower, washing machine and dryer. The court yard is green and charming.
We are a friendly and open-minded couple (Danish/German in our thirties, researcher/pilot) with kids (most times just 1) living in the apartment. Thus, the tenant must be family-friendly! Expats and couples are more than welcome.
The contract is for one year at a time, but it may be prolonged.
