Hi everyone I’m writing this in English because it’s my first language (but I can also speak danish in case that’s a concern). I am renting out one of the rooms in my apartment 6,500 a month all included. It’s a town house located in Sundbyvester right next to Amagerbrogade, the apartment has 2 floors (ground 1st&2nd) and is a 127 square meters with two bathrooms. The room you would be renting is on the 2nd floor and is 8 square meters, which I understand is minimalistic but a lot can be done with the space and you will also have room in the rest of the apartment to make yourself feel at home.
A little about myself, my name is Isaiah Nielsen I am 23 years old and currently work in the event industry mostly setting up concerts at different venues. My hobby’s included training,sports, art and hanging out with friends. I’m always open for a good conversation but also have respect for a closed door as privacy is very important.
Also living in the apartment is Richard Sheriff
Who lives on the 1st floor, mostly keeps to himself but is always up for a beer and hygge
As neither of us has put a great deal of energy into making the apartment feel homie due to work and other hobbies someone who enjoys these aspects of life are more then welcome to come forth with ideas. Price can be negotiated
