Dream Roomie

My name is Petros, I'm a 25 y/o Greek-American. I have been living, studying and working in Copenhagen the past 3 years. Right now, I work in a fin-tech start-up full time while part-timing as a freelance consultant and researcher. I'm really tired of moving around and want to settle in a place I can love, care for and call home. If that's the case with your place, I would love to connect further.

A little about me in general: I’m rather straightforward and easy-going but also very conscious/serious about boundaries, respect, community rules and individuality. As much of a cliché it is, communication is the key for any kind of successful relationship, flat mates included. So, I communicate as clear and well and expect others to do the same. I think I’m fun and a good influence to people’s everyday life when in a good mood. When in a bad one, I make sure nobody sees me..! (lol) I work out daily, and do a bunch of sports like football, kickboxing, skating and climbing. I enjoy some literature every now and then and love to watch good movies!

A little about my preferences around the house: I appreciate clean, functional common spaces, as I appreciate respecting one’s space and privacy. I’ve lived in many different sharing situations and I know how affected one can be by another person’s mood and behaviour inside the house. So, I like being discreet and keeping to myself, unless there is good reason not to. I cook well and a lot but I don’t always have the time for fancy stuff (there will always be food in the fridge tho). I don’t smoke indoors bcs I like keeping things fresh, including the air I breathe. I go out a lot bcs staying inside too long depresses me..! However, on a rainy gloomy day, I love some lo-fi tunes and indoor creativity. I love plants and have a lot of them. I know it sounds weird, but I enjoy cleaning, it gives me peace of mind... In a nutshell, I'm the perfect combination of care and sociability without intrusiveness and over-reliance.
